MOVE UP offers a structured and fully supported international training experience, designed to help young people to develop professional, linguistic and transversal skills aligned with the needs of the European labour market.
Through an international training programme in Italy, participants can strengthen their professional profile, gain valuable international exposure and enhance their employability in both local and European contexts.

MOVE UP is an international mobility initiative designed to transform cross-border learning into a real opportunity for professional development.
It is not simply an experience abroad, but a well-structured learning pathway aimed at strengthening employability and supporting young people in their professional growth.
The project is funded under the PMT – Transnational Mobility Projects of Regione Piemonte (ESF+) and is implemented through a collaboration between INFOR ELEA and İstanbul Üniversitesi.
The initiative is addressed to young Turkish participants interested in acquiring international business skills through a high-level training experience in Italy.
International Training Programme
The MOVE UP programme offers a transnational training pathway focused on International Business, designed to develop competencies required to operate in international economic and organisational environments.
The programme combines theoretical lectures, practical activities and working groups within a multicultural academic context, fostering skills related to internationalisation, cross-cultural collaboration and global business dynamics.

Key features:
Training programme delivered entirely in English
450 hours combining theory and practice
- The three-month training programme is divided into 6 weeks in Italy and 6 weeks in Istanbul (Türkiye).
Participation of 16 young people (8 Italians and 8 Turks).
Strong focus on internationalisation and global business skills
Learning experience developed within a structured and supported mobility framework
Target group:
Unemployed young people
Age between 18 and 29 years
Entry requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s degree
English language proficiency at minimum B1 level

A FULLY funded international experience
Participation in MOVE UP allows selected Turkish participants to take part in an international training experience without any personal financial costs, thanks to a comprehensive system of financial support and continuous assistance.

Throughout the entire pathway, participants benefit from ongoing support, from selection and preparation to the conclusion of the training experience.
