CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE SELECTION OF TEACHERS
Project objective – Design an innovative educational model, framed by trans-disciplinary and forward-looking approaches, integrating learning outcomes for complex skills development, more conducive to new forms of cooperation for greening jobs & enterprises, maximizing the impact on partners.
With an increasing interest of organisations in new trends such as workplace digitisations and intelligence skills for sustainable green business creation, the project partners invite teachers to apply for the intensive study programme aimed to enhance the readiness to resolve complex economic, environmental, and social development issues
What training is all about?
Given the wide range of concepts, the training should be a helpful resource for teachers and trainers to support the eco-system of learning for competitiveness and green business growth, and the same to gain experience for creating modules in English versions to design forward-looking curricula.
What are the benefits for participants?
Provides a joint learning experience with transnational learning, teaching, and training for green skills and environmental progress.
To add value through multicultural and trans-disciplinary approaches to greening jobs & enterprises
To perform transnational learning, teaching and training activities on relevant knowledge and good practices
Specific workflow:
- recruiting participants
- upload call for application issued via email to local partners.
- interviewing and final list with participants, in line with selection criteria.
- the hosting partner Italy, carries out practical arrangements to ensure proper logistics (local infrastructure and ITC facilities); run the event in a hybrid format, if necessary.
The selection criteria: learning performance, very good English language, motivation, proactive attitude, teamwork and adaptability in multicultural settings, and willingness to share experience.

Concept
- 3 x days of in-class activities, and 2 x days on-the-spot visits to local enterprises and/or organizations
- 7 contact hrs./day,
- thematically linked to green businesses in the sectors with high environmental impact,
